Eligibility. Refunds are available within 30 calendar days of your purchase date.

Good faith. To qualify, we ask that you have actually read the material and given at least one of the methods a genuine try. This is a guarantee for women it didn't help — not a way to take the books for free.

How to request one. Email support@toastofalifetime.com with your order number and a sentence about what didn't work for you. We do not make this difficult, and we do not argue with you.

Timing. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Trouble accessing your files

If you simply can't open or download what you bought, that is not a refund situation — it's a support situation, and we will fix it. Email us with your order number and we'll get your files to you the same day. You never need to buy anything twice.

Personalized movies and lullabies from Once Upon a Grandchild are made to order, so they follow their own terms instead of the download guarantee above: you can cancel within 24 hours of ordering, before drawing starts, for a full refund; three rounds of changes are included after the movie arrives; and if it is still not right after those, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of the last delivery.
