Changes and refunds

The whole policy, in plain words

• Cancel within 24 hours. Change your mind within 24 hours of ordering, before drawing starts, and we refund you in full.
• Three rounds of changes. After the movie arrives you can ask for changes three times. Each round is free. Describe each change on its own.
• Full refund if it is still not right. If after three rounds the movie still is not right, tell us within 14 days of the last delivery and we refund you in full.
• Silence means approved. If we do not hear from you for 7 days after a delivery, the movie is marked approved and the order is complete.
• Photos we cannot use. If a photo is too blurry or the face cannot be seen, we ask for another one before drawing. We cannot refund for likeness problems caused by a photo we warned about.
