Privacy and your photos

What we do with the photos and the story

• Photos are used only to draw your movie. They are never used to train any system and never shown to anyone outside the people making your movie.
• Deleted after 30 days. Photos are deleted 30 days after your movie is approved. The finished movie stays available on your link for one year.
• Children's photos. You confirm you have the permission of the child's parent or guardian to use their photo. We do not knowingly accept photos of children without it.
• Who touches the data. Photos are stored with Cloudinary and Supabase. Orders and your preview link run on Supabase. The movie is put together on our own render server. Email runs through Klaviyo and Shopify.
• Featuring your movie. We only ever show a customer's movie as an example if you tick the box that says we may, and you confirm everyone in it agrees.
