What do I need to start?
One clear photo of your grandchild, one of you, and their first name. That is all.
Will it really look like them?
The faces come straight from the photos you upload and go onto the two heroes. You see them on the free preview before you pay. If something is not right, tell us and we fix it.
I am not good with computers. Can I still do this?
Yes. It is one question per screen with big buttons. If you get stuck, email us and we finish it with you.
How many people can be in the movie?
Two: your grandchild and you. Every story is drawn for those two heroes.
How long is the movie?
About three and a half minutes, with its own song.
How long does it take?
By email within 48 hours.
Can I change things after I see it?
Yes. Three rounds of changes are included, requested from the same link the movie arrives on.
What if I still do not like it?
If it is still not right after three rounds of changes, we refund you in full. You can also cancel within 24 hours of ordering, before we start drawing.
What happens to the photos?
They are used only to draw your movie, never to train anything. They are deleted 30 days after your movie is approved. You confirm you have the parent's permission to use a child's photo.
How do I give it to them?
Play it on a phone, a tablet or the TV. Download it or send them the link. Many grandparents play it at the birthday table.
